Reduce Redness & Rosacea on Face - Learn why it occurs and how you can combat it with our Formula

Facial redness and rosacea can be genetic conditions and indicated by family history, but did you know that redness can actually be caused by things such as alcohol, overly hot or cold weather, stress and over-exfoliating? Sensitive skin types can also be more prone to redness, and so facial creams that work to calm redness and soothe inflammation have become increasingly popular over the years. The Peachy Fox Anti-Redness Cream is just one of them, so let me talk to you a little bit more about it, and the results I’ve seen from using it!

This skin calming cream is formulated with rosehip and chamomile; both of which are ingredients that are known for their calming and soothing properties but are just as good at reducing the appearance of redness. Rosehip oil is particularly good for remedying rosacea and redness as it includes antioxidants and vitamins A and E that work as anti-inflammatories, while the high levels of azulene found in chamomile work to calm the skin and reduce hypersensitivity. The addition of aloe vera and green tea extract also help to soothe the skin, and avocado oil, shea butter, and coconut oil work to moisturize the skin and even the complexion.

As I have that real ‘English rose’ complexion, I do have a lot of redness in my cheeks and so I was really intrigued to see if this would work for me. Firstly, I love that this cream is formulated without any irritants or triggers for hypersensitive skin; heavily scented and fragranced skincare products tend to exacerbate sensitivity and redness, and so I was really pleased to see that this cream is formulated without any fragrance or perfume. I particularly like using this cream in the mornings as a lack of sleep is what tends to trigger my redness, and I found that this just helped to even out the tone of my complexion which subsequently leads to me using less foundation to correct that redness. Quite often, those of us with sensitive skin miss out on beautifully scented skincare products as fragrance derivatives can irritate our skin, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this cream has a slight hint of cucumber, which smells really refreshing and is great for early mornings!

As with all other Peachy Fox skincare products, this cream is free from parabens, sulfates, dyes and animal testing and is formulated with clean, natural and organic ingredients!
